There may be two reasons why the email address you are attempting to enter is not being accepted when creating your account:
Reason 1
You have previously created a 'SK Virtual Visit' clinical user account using that email address.
Reason 2
The email you are entering was accidentally used to create a patient user account
'Patient Users' access a platform that is specifically designed for patients. Therefore, clinic users who wish to be seen as a 'patient', must create a separate patient user account, using a unique personal email, not their work email address.
Your patient account email will need to be changed to a personal email address:

Follow the instructions in this article to change the email address on your patient user account to a unique personal email address instead. |
| Step 2 | Once you have changed the email address on your patient account, log out of your patient user account. |
