Method #1: Click the icon to the left of the site address, select 'Site settings' then click here to jump ahead to 'CHROME Permissions screen' instructions below, OR

Scroll down and select 'Site settings'.
CHROME 'Permissions' screen:
Step 2 - Select 'Camera'.
Step 3 - Ensure the correct camera is selected from the drop-down at the top of the 'Camera' screen.
Step 4 - If 'https://virtualvisit.saskatchewan.ca' appears under 'Not allowed to use your camera' (as shown below), either:
- Click on 'https://virtualvisit.saskatchewan.ca' to open the 'Permissions' screen. Change the status to 'Allow' for both the Camera and Microphone, OR,

ALLOWING YOUR CAMERA AND MICROPHONE FOR THE 'JOIN A MEETING' SCREEN
Step 1 - Start a video meeting or, if an invited participant, proceed to join a virtual meeting you are scheduled for or invited to.
Step 2 - You will be prompted to 'Allow' your camera and microphone on Chrome for this website. Click 'Allow' for each.
It is highly recommended you DO NOT CLICK 'Block'. If you block either one, you will not have access to BOTH the camera and microphone in your video meeting and will have to follow the steps above under, 'WHEN YOUR CAMERA AND MICROPHONE ARE BLOCKED ON CHROME'.
- You will observe the video preview and microphone visualizer.
- You may change your camera or microphone (optional).
- You may 'Run Pre-call Test' (optional).
- You may enable/disable the microphone & camera for when the video call starts. Note: if a user is currently on the phone that is being used to join the video meeting, our platform will automatically disable the video call audio, to allow audio to continue on the phone call. The user does not need to 'uncheck' the 'Enable microphone when the meeting starts' box before joining the video meeting.
- If not already entered, add your Meeting ID and Passcode.
- Enter your name to identify yourself to the meeting host.
When ready, click 'Join'.
WHEN EITHER OR BOTH YOUR CAMERA & MICROPHONE PERMISSIONS ARE BLOCKED FOR THE 'JOIN A MEETING' SCREEN
You will receive an error message:
It is recommended that you enable your camera and microphone by following the steps above under, 'WHEN YOUR CAMERA AND MICROPHONE ARE BLOCKED ON CHROME', then click 'Reload Page'.
However, you may proceed to the 'Join a Meeting' screen AND join the video meeting without your camera and microphone enabled, by clicking 'Continue without audio or video'.
On the 'Join a Meeting' screen:
- You will NOT observe the video preview and microphone visualizer.
- You will NOT be able to change your camera or microphone.
- You may 'Run Pre-call Test', however the camera or microphone will not be accessible.
- The microphone and camera check boxes will not have an effect once you enter the video meeting.
- If not already entered, add your Meeting ID and Passcode.
- Enter your name to identify yourself to the meeting host.
When ready, click 'Join'.
- Others will not see or hear you, though you will be able to see and hear them.
- You will not be able to access or turn on your camera or microphone.
