WINDOWS:
Click the Windows icon (lower left)
Under 'System' (along the left), select 'Power & battery' (middle section)
Under 'Power', select 'Screen & sleep' (middle section)
Make required adjustments
OR
Search for and open the 'Control Panel'
Select 'Hardware & Sound'
Select 'Power Options'
Select 'Choose when to turn off the display' (along the left)
Make required adjustments
MAC:
Screensaver Timeout -
Click the Apple icon (upper left)
Select 'System Settings' or 'System Preferences'
Scroll down and select 'Screen Saver'
Select 'Lock Screen Settings' (middle of screen)
Make required adjustments
Screen Timeout to Save Battery/Energy:
Click the Apple icon (upper left)
Select 'System Settings' or 'System Preferences'
Choose 'Battery or Energy Saver' (green icon along the left)
Make required adjustments
