How To Update 'SK Virtual Visit'

When Using the Web (on any device) -

As the platform is browser based, no update is needed.  Once you log in at  https://virtualvisit.saskatchewan.ca/, you are always on the latest version.

When Using the APP (on a mobile phone or tablet) - 

App updates can be automatic or manual, depending on your device Settings. 

To turn on automatic app updates:

iPhone & iPad	Mac Laptop
Open the Settings app. Scroll down and tap Apps, then select App Store. Under Automatic Downloads, turn on the toggle for App Updates.	Open the App Store. From the menu bar at the top, click App Store and choose Settings (or Preferences). Select the box next to Automatic Updates.

To manually update:

Open your app store and search for SK Virtual Visit.

• Android mobile cell phone and tablet products - Google Play Store

If an update is required -	You will see Update.  Click this to proceed.
If no update is required -	You will see Open.
If you have not installed the app -	You will see Install.
