All clinic care team users must ensure they are creating a 'Provider' account, not a 'Patient' account.
Periodically on some systems, after tapping 'click this link' in the invitation email they receive from eHealth, they are being directed to our 'Login' screen, rather than to the 'You Have Been Invited to Join a Clinic' screen.
To properly be directed back to the correct screen, following these steps:
Step 1 - On the 'Login' screen, click 'Create Account'.
Step 2 - On the 'Account Type' screen, click 'Provider'.
Step 3 - As directed on the next screen, return to your invitation email, hover over 'click this link' and copy the link (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) into a new web address bar. This will direct you to the required 'You Have Been Invited to Join a Clinic' page.
