You have been invited to sign up and use 'SK Virtual Visit' for virtual (video/audio) patient consultations and meetings. Each member of your clinic care team will receive their own individual invitation email to join the virtual clinic and must set up their own individual account. Follow 'Option 1'.
If your clinic has more than one location, a unique email and invitation link will be sent to you for each subsequent location. You will have to complete these steps for each of them using their unique email. Follow 'Option 2'.
Please note: As a virtual healthcare clinic user you must use the platform from a desktop or laptop. You may however, use a mobile device to join as an 'invited participant' to a patient consultation or video meeting.
Option 1: 'I Don't Have an Account' - you are joining your clinic for the first time.
Option 2: 'I Have an Account', you are set up under one clinic/location and are joining with another clinic/location.
Option 1: Create New Account
Step 1 - Open the invitation email you received and 'click this link' to continue.
Step 2 - You should see the 'You Have Been Invited to Join a Clinic' screen. Click 'I Don't Have an Account'. Note: you will only be required to complete this step once... you can belong to multiple virtual clinics across the system, if invited to them, using a single account.
- If you see a 'Log-In' Screen instead, click 'Create Account', then 'Provider'. As directed on the 'Provider Accounts' screen, return to your invitation email, hover over 'click this link', copy the link (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) into a new web address bar. This will direct you to the 'You Have Been Invited to Join a Clinic' page where you can continue creating your account.
Continue with Step 3.
Step 3 - On the 'Account Information' screen, enter your personal information:
- Legal first & last name
- Display name - seen by your clinic care team as well as patients connected with your virtual clinic, therefore make sure it is recognizable
- Valid email address - NO PERSONAL EMAIL or SHARED EMAIL ADDRESSES - use your SHA or USASK email address, as this is a unique account log-in identifier.
- Mobile Phone - NO LANDLINE or SHARED CELL PHONE (UNIT PHONE OR ON-CALL PHONE) - your mobile phone number is used for Two-Factor Authentication. A code is sent via text which must be entered to access your account.
Choose a Password which MUST include:
Read and agree to our 'Access and Use Policy' and 'Consent Form', then click 'Continue'.
You are now set up as a care team member in your clinic.
Step 4 - Click 'Go To Your Clinic' to proceed.
After creating your SK Virtual Visit Clinical User account, it is recommended you bookmark the Login page onto your laptop or computer for easy access.

Option 2: Join Subsequent Clinics/Locations
with Your Existing Account
Step 1 - Open the email, read it carefully, then 'click this link' to continue.
Step 2 - Click 'Continue'.
Step 3 - Click 'I Have an Account', enter your log-in email and password,
Step 4 - You will be taken into the new clinic/location, which will appear in the drop-down under 'Select Clinic'.
