If you are having issues logging into your account:
Step 1 - Ensure you are at the correct 'SK Virtual Visit' Login screen: https://virtualvisit.saskatchewan.ca/
Step 2 - Be sure that you are entering the correct email address and password you used to create your account. Note: You should have created your account using your unique work email - not a personal email address.
Step 3 - If your user email address and password is not working, click 'Forgot Password?' on the Login screen.
A link will be sent to your registered email, which will allow you to reset your password. If you do not see the email in your regular Inbox, check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder .
If you have not received an email to reset your password and you are still unable to log into your account, you can contact Support by clicking 'Help', emailing virtualvisit@ehealthsask.ca or calling 1-888-316-7446 > 1 > 1 > 2 > 2.
