You will need to confirm with your healthcare provider’s clinic that they use the SK Virtual Visit platform for virtual appointments.
If they do, there are two types of appointments, determined by your healthcare provider’s clinic:
Option 1: Patient Consultations |
They will send you an email with an invitation to join their virtual clinic as a virtual patient. Using the link within that email, you will need to create a SK Virtual Visit patient user account.
- Join Your Healthcare Provider's Virtual Clinic When Invited
- Create a SK Virtual Visit Account
- Join a Virtual Patient Consultation/ Appointment
Option 2: Video Meetings |
Your healthcare provider or their clinic staff can email you a URL link, with a meeting ID and meeting passcode. You do not require a SK Virtual Visit account.
