Join Your Healthcare Provider's Virtual Clinic When Invited

When invited to register with your healthcare provider's virtual SK Virtual Visit clinic as a patient, you must:

• Create a SK Virtual Visit account, and
• Accept the invitation to join/register with the clinic

Option 1:  By Email

Option 2:  With an 'Invite Code'

You will have been invited in one of two ways:

Option 1 - By Email

Note: If you already have a SK Virtual Visit account, skip to Step 2.

Step 1 - Download the app or use the web -

Download the SK Virtual Visit app using the applicable link in the email.  

• App Store for Apple mobile cell phone and tablet products  
• Google Play Store for Android mobile cell phone and tablet products

On a mobile device:

Click the green ‘website’ link in the email, then click ‘Continue on Web’.

• Supported web browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge
• Non-supported web browser:  Internet Explorer 

On a laptop/desktop/tablet:

Step 2 -  Log in or create your account -

• Open the SK Virtual Visit app on your mobile device and click ‘Sign Up’, OR
• On the website login screen https://virtualvisit.saskatchewan.ca/, click ‘Create Account’

To create a new account:

Go to Step 3 in the email and click ‘Accept Invitation’

If you already had a SK Virtual Visit account created before receiving this email:

Step 3 -  Accept the invitation to register with the clinic.  

Step 4 - Scroll down and complete the 'Pre-Consultation Checklist' information to 100%, if not already completed.

Why is my Personal Information required?

You are now part of your healthcare provider's virtual clinic. Call the clinic to book appointments or if you have any other questions.

Option 2 - With an 'Invite Code'

Step 1 - Download the app or use the web -

To create a new account:

Go to Step 3 in the email and click ‘Accept Invitation’

If you already had a SK Virtual Visit account created before receiving this email:

Step 3 - Once logged into SK Virtual Visit, select 'Enter an Invite Code' on the Home Screen.

Step 4 - Enter the code into the 'Invite Code' field and 'Submit'.  After the code is validated, select 'Continue'.

Step 5 - Scroll down and complete the 'Pre-Consultation Checklist' information to 100%, if not already completed.

Note: Once you create your account and join the clinic, the 'Invite Code' and/or email 'links' will no longer be necessary or accessible.  

Access the account login screen by either:

• Downloading and opening the SK Virtual Visit app (on mobile devices), or 
• Going to https://virtualvisit.saskatchewan.ca on the web (on a laptop/computer/ tablet)

Log into your account using the email address and password you used to create your account.
