Patients must FIRST be invited to join their healthcare provider's virtual clinic as a virtual patient. They should receive an 'invitation email' or 'Invite Code' from the clinic.

The following users must set up a 'SK Virtual Visit' account:
- Patients who are being seen virtually by their healthcare provider who are using the 'patient consultations' feature.
- Guests (family members, caregivers, other healthcare providers), who are invited by a patient to join their 'patient consultation'.
Step 1 -
On a Mobile device: Download the 'SK Health Visit' app.

On the Web on a Laptop/Computer/Tablet: Navigate to the login screen https://virtualvisit.saskatchewan.ca/
*** Note -the website works on the following web browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, & Edge. It WILL NOT work on Internet Explorer.
Step 2 - On the Login screen click 'Sign Up' (mobile) or 'Create Account' (web).
Mobile device: Web on laptop/computer/tablet:
Step 3 - Choose the account type 'Patient'.
Step 4 - Enter the requested information, review and agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Consent Form, then click 'Next'.
Step 5 - Choose a secure password following the password criteria. Protect your password and do not share it with others. Click 'Next'.
The 'Confirm your email' page appears and you will be sent another email to the email address you used to set up your account.
If the email is not in your regular 'Inbox', check your 'Junk' or 'Spam' folders. If you still cannot find the email, go back to your screen, and click ‘Re-send Confirmation Code’.
Step 6 - In the email, click the quick link, 'here', which bypasses the 'Confirm your email' page and takes you directly to the 'SK Virtual Visit' Home page.
OR, the email also contains a 6-digit code that can be entered onto the 'Confirm your email' page, then click 'Next' and you will be taken to your Home page.
Step 7 - Complete your 'Pre-Consultation Checklist' to 100%.
Why is my personal information required?
Step 8 - After you have reached 100%, complete your Profile information.
Mobile Device: Along the bottom navigation bar, click 'Profile'.
Web on laptop/computer: From the left navigation bar, select 'Account', then 'Profile'.
