Click the red button labelled "Leave Call" on the bottom right of the screen. There are two options to choose from:
Option 1 - 'Leave Call' - available to everyone in the video meeting.
Any participant, including the host, may leave and return to the video meeting at any time. Note: if everyone leaves or are inadvertently bumped from the meeting, there is a short window that the meeting remains open, allowing participants time to re-enter. The meeting hyperlink, ID and passcode are still valid during this time.
- The host or participants from their virtual clinic - re-enter from the 'Consultations' tab or the 'Meet Now' tab > 'Your Meetings in Progress'.
- Invited participants from outside the virtual clinic - re-enter using the same hyperlink in the email they received, using the same Meeting ID and Passcode.
- Participants who are NOT part of the clinic's care team must be admitted in order to re-enter.
After clicking 'Leave Call', tap 'Yes, leave call' to confirm.
Option 2 - 'End Call for All' - available to the meeting host and other care team members from the same virtual clinic.
If this is clicked by mistake, a new immediate video meeting will have to be started and the new meeting hyperlink, ID and passcode will have to sent to the participants. See article - How to Re-Start a Video Meeting (as the Host)
After clicking 'End Call for All', tap 'End Call for Everyone' to confirm. This will close the meeting completely and the meeting hyperlink, ID and passcode will no longer work.
