- Contact your HSP to request having this feature enabled for your virtual clinic.
- Your patient/participant does not need to log into a 'SK Virtual Visit' account.
On the 'Meeting Join-in Information' screen, click 'Send Invitation via SMS'.
Enter the patient/participant's mobile phone number.
If inviting more than one person, click '+Add Another' and enter their mobile phone number.
When ready, click 'Send Invitations'.
A green banner will appear at the top of your screen, letting you know the invitation(s) did send successfully.
What the Invited Patient/Participant Sees:
Your patient will receive an SMS text message.
They open the text message and click the 'https/...' quick link.
On the 'Join a Meeting' screen, the Meeting ID and Passcode will have automatically generated.
- They must enter their name to identify themselves to the meeting host.
- They must 'Allow/Enable' their microphone and camera every time they are prompted.

When your patient is ready to begin, they click 'Join Meeting'.
They will be taken to a screen where they will wait for the meeting host to admit them into the video meeting.
When the meeting is finished, the patient/participant will click 'Leave Call', then 'Yes, Leave call' to confirm.
