If all participants, including the host, leave the call or are disconnected, the meeting will remain active for up to 20 minutes after the last participant leaves or after the scheduled meeting end time.
This allows time for everyone to return to the meeting, if necessary.
The host and their clinic care team member who are participants in the meeting may rejoin from either of the following two screens: |
- On Demand or Scheduled Meetings - 'Meet Now > Your Meetings in Progress'. Click 'Enter Meeting' to rejoin.
- Scheduled Meetings - 'Consults > Active and Pending'. The meeting will appear under the 'Active' section. Click 'Enter Meeting' to rejoin.
The patient or other invited participants may rejoin by clicking the same hyperlink in the email that invited them to the meeting: |
