In order for your patients to become part of your virtual clinic and have virtual appointments with their clinician using SK Virtual Visit, they must first be invited by you with an email invitation or an 'Invite Code'. Once they create their account and accept your invitation to join your clinic (by using the link within the invitation email or by entering the 'Invite Code'), they should be listed as a patient within your virtual clinic.
If you Search and do not see them in the list, more than likely your patient has not yet accepted the invitation to join your clinic or has not created their account completely or properly.
To confirm:
Step 1 - From the 'Clinic' tab, select 'Invite Patients'.
Step 2 - Scroll down to 'Invited Patients'.
If their information is still showing here with no date under "Date Accepted", it means that the patient has not yet created or fully created their account.
Note: If they tell you they have created their account, ask them to Log into their account (either using the SK Virtual Visit app on mobile or at https://virtualvisit.saskatchewan.ca/ on the web) with their login user name and password. If they successfully get into the platform, they may also have to complete the 'Pre-Consultation Checklist' to 100%.
If they cannot find their invitation email click 'Resend Invite' ( ) to resend it to them.
If their email address or cell number were incorrect, click 'Remove Invite' ( ) and send it to them again under the 'Invite Patients' section at the top of the page.
