The 2FA code is sent to your mobile phone by text message, therefore your mobile number should have been entered when creating your account with SK Virtual Visit.
You will not have access to your clinical user account until that number is revised to a unique mobile number.
- Personal cell phones for 2FA are allowed - this number is not used by the system for anything other than your 2FA code.
- Do not use a shared mobile phone (unit phone or on-call phone) as that would be accessible by multiple people.
