Through the 'SK Virtual Visit' app, a healthcare practitioner has the ability to invite others (clinicians, patients, patient's family members or caregivers) to join into a virtual (video) meeting with them.
The invitation is sent to participants/guests through email and includes a meeting hyperlink, meeting ID and passcode.
- Participants/guests DO NOT require a SK Virtual Visit account to join a meeting they have been invited to.
- This is NOT normally what a patient chooses to enter their scheduled virtual (video) consultation/appointment, unless the patient is unable or unwilling to create a SK Virtual Visit account.
