When using the SK Virtual Visit APP, users now add their mobile device biometrics and save valuable minutes when logging in.
- When you enable biometrics, the password you set when initially creating your account is securely saved. When logging in on that device, after your biometrics is successfully verified, our app automatically uses that password to log you in.
- If users change their password (under 'Profile' after logging in or from the 'Login' screen before logging in), the biometrics will be disabled. The next time you log in using the app on your mobile device, you will have to enter your new password, then re-enable biometrics.
- Depending on the biometric features available on a user's mobile device, biometrics may include:
- Face ID
- Fingerprint
- Retina Scan
Step 1 - On your mobile device, download and open the 'SK Virtual Visit' app.
Step 2 - On the Login screen, enter your current login credentials (email address and password).
Step 3 - You will be asked if you would like to enroll in biometrics. Select 'Yes' or 'No'.
If 'No', you will be directed into the platform.
If you chose 'Yes' and completed the setup process, when you get to the SK Virtual Visit APP Login screen, you will have the choice to either,
- 'Log in With Biometrics/Face ID', or
- 'Log in With Password'.
