Video Recordings - Where to Find Them for Patient Consultations

• SK Virtual Visit has a feature for recording patient consultation video chats.
• As a default, this feature is disabled and requires a request to your HSP to be turned on.  
• If enabled, it will be available for ALL healthcare providers within the same virtual clinic.  

Contact your HSP to request to have this feature enabled for your virtual clinic:

• SHA – [e-mail]​
• SCA – [e-mail]​
• SMA – [e-mail]​
• ISC – [e-mail]​
• Users other than the HSPs mentioned above,  contact [e-mail]

• Option 1:  If the consultation HAS NOT been completed and archived by the clinic

• Option 2:  If the consultation HAS been completed and archived by the clinic

Video recordings can take up to an hour to process, but once it is ready to view, it can be found in one of two ways:

Option 1 - Not Archived

Step 1 - Click the 'Consultations' tab, then select 'Active and Pending'. 

Step 2 - Locate the consultation you are looking for, then click 'View Consultation' to open it.

The 'Video Recordings' section is located along the right, under 'Patient Information'.

NOTE:  Once you click on the recording, it will download to your workstation, so can be accessible by others who use your computer.

Option 2 - Archived

Step 1 - Click the 'Consultations' tab, then select 'Search for Consultations'. 

Step 2 - Search using any of the filters.  In this case 'Archived' may be useful.  Enter the applicable criteria, then click 'Search'. 

Step 3 - Click on and open the consultation you wish to access.

The 'Video Recordings' section is located along the right, under 'Patient Information', as shown in the screenshot above.

NOTE:  Once you click on the recording, it will download to your workstation, so can be accessible by others who use your computer.
