Once you have completed your patient consultation, it should be 'Archived'. This can be done by the clinician or their support (office admin) with a SK Virtual Visit account.
Archived consultations may be found under 'Consultations' > 'Search for Consultations' for future reference.
If Completed Consultations HAVE NOT Been Archived
Impact on Patients:
- Unarchived consultations remain under the 'In Progress' section, which will be confusing to patients.
- Properly archived consultations should appear under their 'Completed' section.

- Unarchived consultations will remain under the 'Active' section on the 'Active and Pending' screen.
- Properly archived consultations will move to the 'Completed' section after 3 hours- see note below *.

Steps to Archive Consultations
You may archive consultations from two areas within SK Virtual Visit:
Within the Consultation -

On the 'Active and Pending' screen

- Confirm 'Yes, archive consultation'.
The consultation will remain in the 'Active and Pending' section for approximately 3 hours. This allows time for further action, if any is required.
After the 3-hour wait period, the consultation will be closed and can be searched for in the 'Search for Consultations' section under the 'Consultations' tab.
