Patients may invite up to two participants (family members, caregivers or other healthcare providers) to observe and provide input during their consultation.
Guests invited by a patient must create an account in the 'SK Virtual Visit' app and provide a selfie of themselves to have their identity confirmed, before being allowed into the patient consultation.
There are a few ways to invite others to join your virtual appointment:
Option 1: Invite by you before entering your virtual appointment.
Option 2: Invite by you during a consultation.
Option 3: Ask your doctor to invite your guest on your behalf. This is the best option if your family member/guest does not want to or cannot create an account, as guests invited by the healthcare provider or clinic do not require an account with SK Virtual Visit.
