Video Recordings - Where to Find Them for Video Meetings

SK Virtual Visit has a feature for recording video meetings.

As a default, this feature is disabled and requires a request to your HSP to be turned on.  If enabled, it will be available for ALL healthcare providers within the same virtual clinic.  

Contact your HSP to request to have this feature enabled for your virtual clinic:

• SHA – [e-mail]​
• SCA – [e-mail]​
• SMA – [e-mail]​
• ISC – [e-mail]​
• Users other than the HSPs mentioned above,  contact [e-mail]

• Video recordings can take up to an hour to process after the video meeting has been completed.   

• After that time, you may download them to your workstation. 

• Once downloaded, files can be seen by anyone who has access to your computer.

Step 1 - Select 'Meet Now' from the left navigation bar.

Step 2 - Click 'Past Meetings'.

Step 3 - Using the available criteria, 'Search' for your meeting.

Step 4 - Tap 'Recording #'.

Step 5 - You have the option to 'Download' or 'Delete' the video recording.  Make your selection then 'Confirm'.

A green prompt will appear.
