Patients are not able to enter their scheduled consultations until approximately 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Until then, the I'm Ready for My Appointment button will be greyed out and inactive.
Note: If the doctor is running ahead of schedule, they may send you a message saying they are ready, at which time you will be able to enter the consultation early to meet with the doctor.
Once active and highlighted, select I'm Ready for My Appointment and you will be taken directly into the consultation chat area, where you should remain ready and wait for the doctor.
