Step 1 - Once you have entered the consultation chat area you should remain ready there and wait for the doctor to connect. This is similar to your doctor's waiting room, only it is virtual.

Step 2 - If the doctor messages you in the chat, respond to them in the chat.

Step 3 - When the doctor starts the video, provide your permission to access the camera and microphone (if not already done so), then 'Accept' the call.

Step 4 - If you are prompted anywhere on the screen for camera and microphone permission, press 'Allow'. Note: your prompt may look different than this screenshot, depending on your device however, you must still 'Allow' or 'Enable' your camera and microphone here.
You will enter the video with the doctor.
For best results during the consult:
- Ensure you are in a stable location, not walking or driving, with your device placed on a steady surface, as often movement can cause the video to freeze up or disconnect.
- Ensure your device volume is turned to the loudest setting.
