Click the red button labelled "Leave Call" on the bottom-right of the screen. There are two options to choose from:
Option 1 - 'Leave Call'
Available to all participants in the video call - the host, patient and others. Important: as long as the host or one of the clinic care team members remain in the video, it will remain open. All others may 'Leave Call' and return to the video if it is active.
If only the host and patient are in the call, when the host clicks, the video call will end for them both.
Step 1 - Click 'Leave Call'
Step 2 - Note the message, then tap 'Yes, leave call' to confirm.
Option 2 - 'End Call for All'
Available to the meeting host and other participating care team members from the same virtual clinic. This will end the video call and other participants will be bumped.
Step 1 - Click 'End Call for All'
Step 2 - Note the message, then tap 'End Call for Everyone' to confirm
Note: If required, the host may start another video call, having as many video sessions during the active consultation as necessary, adding and preventing participants as desired.
