Scheduled 'Patient Consultations': Patients may call your clinic directly, OR log into their 'SK Virtual Visit' account and make the request online.
Scheduled 'Meet Now Meetings': patients should call your clinic directly to cancel/reschedule their 'Meet Now' video meetings, as they cannot be cancelled online.

Option 1 - Under the 'Consultations' tab
Step 1 - Tap either 'Active and Waiting' or 'Requests to Cancel'.
Step 2 - Locate the appointment the patient has requested to cancel and click 'X Cancel Consultation'.
Step 3 - Select one of the three available choices:
- Close - do not cancel.
- Yes, Cancel Consultation - choosing this option will promptly cancel the appointment. A green notification will pop up, indicating that the appointment has been successfully cancelled.
- Yes, Cancel and Schedule Appointment - by clicking this option, the appointment will be cancelled immediately, and you will be redirected to the 'Schedule Appointment' screen, where you may reschedule the appointment.
A banner will appear telling you the appointment has been cancelled.
Option 2 - Under the 'Schedule' Tab
Step 1 - From the 'Schedule' tab on the dashboard, choose either the 'Day' or 'Week' view, then locate and tap on the appointment.
Step 2 - Note the message, 'Patient requested to cancel with reason: ...".
Click the 'X'.
Step 3 - Click 'Cancel Consultation' to confirm.
A banner will appear telling you the appointment has been cancelled.
