Contact your HSP to request to have this feature enabled for your virtual clinic.
Video recordings can take up to an hour to process after the video consultation has been completed, but once it is ready to view, it can be found in one of two ways:
Option 1: If the consultation HAS NOT been completed and Archived by the clinic
Option 2: If the consultation HAS been completed and Archived by the clinic

Option 1 - Not Archived
Step 1 - Click the 'Consultations' tab, then select 'Active and Pending'.
Step 2 - Locate the consultation you are looking for, then click 'View Consultation' to open it.
The 'Video Recordings' section is located along the right, under 'Patient Information'.
NOTE: Once you click on the recording, it will download to your workstation, so can be accessible by others who use your computer.
Option 2 - Archived
Step 1 - Click the 'Consultations' tab, then select 'Search for Consultations'.
Step 2 - Search using any of the filters: Consult ID, Name, Province, Consultation Status, Care Team Member(s), and Date Range. This will isolate whichever consults best fit your criteria. Enter the applicable criteria, then click 'Search'.
Step 3 - Click on and open the consultation you wish to access.
The 'Video Recordings' section is located along the right, under 'Patient Information', as shown in the screenshot above.
NOTE: Once you click on the recording, it will download to your workstation, so can be accessible by others who use your computer.
