If you are having issues logging into your account, refer to the suggestions below:
- Ensure you are at the correct 'SK Virtual Visit' Login screen:
https://virtualvisit.saskatchewan.ca/
- Be sure that you are entering the correct email address and password you used to create your account.
- If your user email address and/or password is not working, click 'Forgot Password?' on the Login screen. Enter your email address and a link will be emailed to you. Go to that new email, click the link within the email and reset your password.
If you do not see the email in your regular Inbox, check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder.
