Note: It is important you know your clinic's 'cancellation policy' to prevent potential charges for late cancellations.
Your healthcare provider can choose between two methods to conduct virtual appointments with you.
- 'Video Meetings' - accessed through a quick link in an email. To cancel Video Meetings, you must contact your clinic directly.
- 'Patient Consultations' - accessed after logging into your SK Virtual Visit account. You may make a 'Request to Cancel' after logging in OR you may contact your clinic directly.
Step 1 - After logging into your SK Virtual Visit account, select 'Consultations' from the bottom navigation bar (on mobile device) or the left navigation bar (web on laptop/computer/tablet).
Mobile also has 'View Your Upcoming Scheduled Appointment' along the top of your Home page (if within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time).
