A maximum of three (3) overlapping video meetings or consultations can be booked into a timeslot.
The person doing the scheduling will be prompted at time of booking and will have to confirm whether or not they wish to continue to schedule the overlapping appointment(s) or not:

'WEEK' VIEW
- Tap the 'Schedule' tab on the left navigation bar.
- You should be in the 'Week' view.
When appointments overlap, the time slot displays the number of overlapping appointments in a hashed box.
Click into the box to see the appointment details:
'DAY' VIEW
- Tap the 'Schedule' tab on the left navigation bar.
- Select the 'Day' button.
Overlapping appointments will display next to each other within the timeslot:
CONSULTATIONS > 'ACTIVE & PENDING’ SCREEN
Tap the 'Consults' tab on the left navigation bar.
On the 'Active and Pending' screen, overlapping appointments will display one after the other, in the order they were initially booked:

Access Quick Messages to send to the patient
Enter the patient consultation
Enter the meeting

Invited providers -
Decline Video Meeting/Consultation – will remove the appointment from their schedule only and will not change the scheduled appointment or the schedules of other invited providers.

Host provider/clinic admin -
Cancel Video Meeting/Consultation – this will completely cancel the appointment.
