If any of the following situations occur, the meeting link will break, that meeting "Join-In Information" will no longer work and you will need to start a new meeting to continue. Under "Meet Now" click "Start Video Meeting" and send the new Join-in Information via email to your patient and any invited participants:
- The host clicks on "End Call For All"
- Other users from the same clinic that are invited to the meeting click "End Call For All"
- A technical issue occurs (Wi-Fi is disconnected, power outage/surge, a sudden traffic increase on your local network) that lasts longer than 20 minutes
If all participants, including the host are dropped from the meeting or "Leave Call", the meeting will remain active for approximately 20 minutes, allowing time for everyone to return to the meeting.
- The host may rejoin under "Meet Now" and "Your Meetings in Progress". The active meeting will appear and they simply click "Enter Meeting" to rejoin.
- The patient or other invited participants may rejoin by clicking the hyperlink within the email that invited them to the meeting.
Note: all invited participants, including the patient, will only be granted access when Admitted by the host. If they are declined access into the meeting, they cannot rejoin.
