Although when logged into your SK Virtual Visit account as a patient and you will see Book an Appointment on your Home screen, 'patient self-scheduling' is not enabled at this time, therefore this button is not active.

- If you do click Book an Appointment and this feature is not enabled in your clinic,
a message will appear:
Ask your family doctor's clinic about using SK Virtual Visit - they may or may not have been set up yet.
Patients who wish to use SK Virtual Visit to have virtual appointments need to either:
- Be invited by a medical clinic to join the clinic as a virtual patient and create & log into a SK Virtual Visit account to access their scheduled appointments.
- Be sent a virtual meeting URL link, meeting ID and passcode. No account is required for this method.
