The 'SK Virtual Visit' platform uses your device's time zone setting to determine the time that will show up for your appointment. If you are always seeing a different time for your scheduled appointment, it is very likely that your device's time zone is not set up correctly and is using a system default.
Please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot this issue, depending on the type of device you are using.
- Notifications are corrected for the time zone that you are in when you log into your account.
- If you have travelled to a different time zone and your device automatically changes to that new time zone, the notification and appointment time will automatically change to reflect the new time zone.
- Times are corrected to the your device time zone when you last logged in, therefore if you haven't logged into your account since returning to your home time zone, your appointment email will still show the time zone you were in when you last logged in.
