There are a few ways to view patients or other participants while in the video call:
Option 1: Full Screen View
Option 2: Speaker or Gallery Views
Option 1 - Full Screen View
Step 1: In 'Full Screen', the video fills the entire screen, hiding other things such as menus, tabs, or the taskbar.
Step 2: To return to regular view, hit 'Esc' on your keyboard or click the 'Exit Full Screen' icon along the lower-right of your screen

Option 2 - Speaker or Gallery Layout Views
Step 1: In 'Gallery' view, all video participants are seen equally in a grid, instead of one person being larger on the screen.
Step 2: In 'Speaker' view, the person who is talking appears big on the screen, while everyone else is smaller or hidden. When someone else starts talking, the view switches to them automatically.
