To find your past video or phone meetings:
Step 1 - Select Meet Now on the left navigation bar.
Step 2 - Click Past Meetings.
The most recent meetings will be listed on the screen, OR enter specific Search criteria:
- Participant name or Phone Number (when searching by phone number, parentheses or dashes are not required)
- Date range
- Meeting type -
- Video
- Phone
Office administrators/support staff will also have an additional search option:
- Care team member name
Meeting information provided includes:
- Meeting ID
- Type (video/phone)
- Participant names
- Date and time
- Download Transcript - if enabled for your virtual clinic
- Meeting Note - if added after meeting had ended
