To protect your Personal Information and Personal Health Information, it is highly recommended you do not share your password with others. You are responsible to safeguard your password.
Below are three scenarios to change/reset your password:
Option 1: Reset your forgotten password before logging into your account - from the Login screen - https://virtualvisit.saskatchewan.ca/
Option 2: Change/reset your current password while logged into your account - from the 'Profile' screen
Option 3: Reset your forgotten password while logged into your account (web laptop/computer only) - from the 'Profile' screen
Option 1
Step 1 - On the Log In Screen, click on 'Forgot Password'.
Step 2 - Enter your email address.
Step 3- Click 'Send Reset Link' (mobile device) or 'Reset' (desktop).
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. After entering your new password twice, return to the Login page and log into your account using the new password.
Option 2
Step 1 - (Mobile device) From the 'Home Page', click on ‘Profile’.
(Desktop) From the 'Account' tab, click on ‘Profile’.
Mobile Device: Web on Laptop/Computer:
Step 2 - (Mobile device) Select 'Password". Enter current password then enter your new password twice.
(Desktop) Select ‘Change Password’. Enter current password then your new password twice.
Step 3 - Click 'Change Password'.
You will receive an email verifying your password has been changed. Log into your account again using the new password.
Option 3 (web laptop/computer only)
Step 1 - From the 'Account' tab, click on 'Profile'.
Step 2 - Click 'Change Password'.
Step 3 - Click ‘Forgot Old Password?’.
Step 4 - Enter your email address, the click 'Reset'.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Log into your account using the new password.
