Option 1 - From the Login Screen
Step 1 - On the Log In screen, click on Forgot Password?.
Step 2 - Enter your email address, then click Send Reset Link (mobile device) or Reset (desktop).
Step 3 - You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link in the email.
Step 4 - After entering your new password twice, return to the Login page and log into your account using the new password.
Option 2 - Logged In On the APP
Step 1 - Click on Profile, then select Change Password.
Step 2 - Enter Your current password then your new password twice.
Step 3 - Click Save.
You will receive an email verifying your password has been changed. Log into your account again using the new password.
Option 3 - Logged In On the WEB
Step 1 - From the Account tab, click Profile.
Step 2 - Click Change Password.
Step 3 - Enter Your current password then your new password twice.
Step 4 - Click Save.
* If you do not remember your old password, click Forgot Old Password? and you will be sent an email with a link to reset your password
You will receive an email verifying your password has been changed. Log into your account again using the new password.
