Once the patient's consultation is complete and the Clinician is ready to exit the video call, the following steps will be taken:
LEAVE CALL
At the bottom right-hand side of the screen, click the red button labelled "Leave Call". There will be two options to choose from, "Leave Call" and "End Call for All".
If you click on the "Leave Call" button at the bottom or top right-hand side of the chat screen, it will not end the actual video call with the patient, as long as there is another Care Team Member from your clinic present in the meeting. This will allow for all of the participants to return to the consultation, if necessary.
A message will then appear on the screen asking to confirm that you would like to leave the video call. By selecting "Yes, leave call", you will be able to exit the video portion of the consultation, then return to it whenever you need to (REMEMBER, this will only work if one of your clinic's Care Team Members remains in the video call).
END CALL FOR ALL
By clicking on "End Call for All", the Clinician and/or additional Care Team Members from the same clinic will be able to end the video call for everyone who is in it.
When ending the video call for all of the participants, a screen will appear asking to confirm that you want to end the call for everyone; that this action will close the video room and they will be disconnected from the call.
NOTE: As long as one of the Care Team Members remain in the video call and the other participants leave it, the video is still active, and they all can return to it, if necessary, by clicking on the "Join Video Chat" button on the top right-hand corner of the chat screen. Participants who are NOT part of the clinic's Care Team must be admitted in order to re-enter.
