If you have issues when scheduling a new "Meet Now" video meeting in the same time slot where you have just canceled one, follow the steps below to remove the shift and restore your schedule to its default status.
Step 1: While in the "Schedule" section, you will see areas that say "Schedule Virtual", as shown in the picture below. These are spaces in your schedule where a meeting or consultation has been canceled and they will need to be removed in order to schedule a new video meeting or consultation in that space.
Step 2: On the top center of the screen, click on "Day", and then go to the monthly calendar to the left of the screen and click the day on which the canceled meeting or consultation was.
Step 3: On the schedule, hover your cursor on the light green bar, over the word "Virtual", then click "Edit".
Step 4: Click "Delete Shift".
Step 5: By clicking the dropdown, indicate if this is a "Single Occurrence" or "All Occurrences", if more than one, then click "Check Affected Appointments".
Step 6: Click "Remove Single Occurrence of Shift".
Step 7: A banner will appear at the top of the screen which confirms the shift has been successfully removed. You may now book a new Video Meeting or Consultation in your schedule.
