The clinic will retain the patient's health information on record, and the patient has the option to consult with other healthcare providers within the same clinic.
Should the clinician relocate to a different clinic, the patient may receive an invitation to join the clinician's new virtual clinic, if the clinician wishes. The invitation must be sent directly to the patient from the new clinic.
