The option to decline an invitation to a scheduled video meeting/consultation or cancel an appointment entirely is found in the appointment details under these tabs:
- 'Schedule'
- 'Consultations > Active and Pending'
The option to do so will no longer be available:
- once the appointment start time has been reached
- if appointment times/dates were in the past, whether they were attended and occurred or not
