You may not be able to mark yourself as ready for your appointment for a variety of reasons:
- The clinician has already entered your appointment
- The administration may have had a chat about your appointment e.g. clinician is running behind or is ahead
- You may have already entered the appointment without marking yourself as 'Ready For My Appointment' prior
The 'Ready For My Appointment' button may still appear, but by refreshing the page it will disappear and you will find your appointment within your 'In-Progress' appointment slot.
Ensure that you message your clinician notifying them that you are ready.
