There may be two reasons why the email address you are attempting to enter is not being accepted when creating your account:
Reason 1: You have already created a SK Virtual Visit clinical user account, which can only be created once. See steps below.
'Clinical users' work in one or more healthcare clinics/facilities and must be invited to create an account and join the SK Virtual Visit virtual clinic(s). If they work in more than one clinic, only one account is required, and they must be invited to join each clinic with separate emails. When creating their account, they should use a unique work email address (which may be their SHA or USASK email address).

Reason 2: The email you are entering was accidentally used to create your patient user account. See steps below.
'Patient Users' access a platform that is different than the clinical platform. Therefore, clinical users who wish to use SK Virtual Visit as a 'patient', must also create a separate patient user account, using a unique personal email, not their work email address.
Similarly to other patient users, clinic staff must be invited by a virtual clinic to join that clinic as a patient via an invitation email/text or with an 'invite code' provided to them by the healthcare clinic.

Reason 1
You have previously created a clinical user account using your work email address (which may be your SHA or USASK email address).
Accessing My SK Virtual Visit Clinical User Account
If you do not know the password, request a password reset from the Login screen.
Password - How To Change It / How to Reset It if Forgotten?
You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.
Once you complete that process, you should then be able to enter the email address you used to create your account and the new password on the Login screen https://virtualvisit.saskatchewan.ca/, access your SK Virtual Visit clinical user account and accept the virtual clinic invite.
Reason 2
You may have created a patient user account, accidentally, with your work email address (which may be your SHA or USASK email address).
Step 1: If this is the case, log into your patient account, and change your email to a personal email. The following article provides instructions.
Change My Account Email Address
Step 2: Once you have changed the email address on your patient account, log out of your patient user account.
Step 3: Return to your clinical user invitation email and follow the steps in the following article to create your clinical user account:
