You need to confirm with your healthcare provider's clinic that they are using the 'SK Virtual Visit' platform to see patients with virtual appointments.
If they are, there are 2 ways available that they can see you virtually, which is decided on by your healthcare provider's clinic:
Option 1: Your healthcare provider's clinic will invite you by email to join their virtual clinic and become a virtual patient. You will need to create a 'SK Virtual Visit' patient user account.
- Join Your Healthcare Provider's Virtual Clinic When Invited
- Download the "SK Virtual Visit" App
- Create an Account in SK Virtual Visit
Option 2: Your healthcare provider or their clinic staff can email you a quick link, with a Meeting ID and Meeting passcode, which does not require a 'SK Virtual Visit' patient user account.
