If you are having issues logging into your account:
Step 1 - Be sure that you are entering the correct email and password that was used when you created your account. Note: You should have created your account using your unique work email - not a personal email address.
Step 2 - If your user email and password is not working, click 'Forgot Password' on the Login page.
A link will be sent to your registered email which will allow you to reset your password. If you do not see the email in your regular Inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder .
If you have not received an email to reset your password and you are still unable to log into your account, you can contact the help desk by clicking 'Help'.
