Patient/Client Users: can access the platform from a mobile device using the 'SK Virtual Visit' app or a laptop/desktop computer at https://virtualvisit.saskatchewan.ca/.
Healthcare Providers and the Clinic Care Team: can only access the platform from the web on desktop, laptop or tablet at https://virtualvisit.saskatchewan.ca/. Meetings or patient consultations can only be started and conducted this way. They may however, be invited to attend a virtual meeting or patient consultation and use their mobile device to attend.
Apple iOS Mobile Devices:
- Open ‘Settings’
- Select ‘General’
- Select ‘Software Update’. The number that appears at the top of the screen next to iOS is the current version.
- You will see either “Your software is up to date” or a prompt to update to the latest version.
Android Mobile Devices:
- Go to ‘Settings’.
- Scroll to and select ‘About phone’
- Click ‘Software Information'.
- Select ‘Software update’ to check latest update is installed.
