Shared email addresses will not be accepted by the system as email addresses are unique account log-in identifiers.
As well, for privacy, security and protection of each user’s health information and health history:
- each user should create and access their own account with their own distinct log-in information
- log-in information should not be shared with anyone
For example, in a situation where a couple share an email address, they may receive two emails to that shared email address inviting them to create a SK Virtual Visit account and join the clinic. Only one of them may use that email address to create their account.
If the second user tries to create their account with an email address that has already been taken, they will receive this error message.
