When in doubt, change/update your password immediately to make sure the safety and integrity of your account are intact.
With the password creation criteria, it is possible to create a safe and secure password and hard for unauthorized people to crack.
You are also responsible for safeguarding your password from others. Do not share your password with others.
Step 1 - (Mobile device) From the 'Home Page', click on ‘Profile’.
(Desktop) From the 'Account' tab, click on ‘Profile’.
Mobile Device: Web on Laptop/Computer:
Step 2 - (Mobile device) Select 'Password". Enter current password then enter your new password twice.
(Desktop) Select ‘Change Password’. Enter current password then your new password twice.
Step 3 - Click 'Change Password'.
You will receive an email verifying your password has been changed. Log into your account again using the new password.
