It is the responsibility of the patient account holder to keep their SK Virtual Visit account up-to-date and accurate. Patient account holders have the ability to change their personal information through their account. We do NOT make changes to personal health information.
We highly encourage patients to amend inaccuracies and make corrections as often as needed in the SK Virtual Visit account as well as directly with their healthcare provider.
