Step 1 - Log into your 'SK Virtual Visit' account.
Step 2: (Mobile device) - From the Home Screen, select ‘Profile’.
(Web laptop/computer) - From 'Account' on the Dashboard, select 'Profile'.
Step 3: (Mobile device) - Select ‘Email Address’.
(Web laptop/computer) - Select ‘Change Email’.
Step 4: Enter the new email address.
Step 5: Click ‘Done/Submit’.
Step 6: A confirmation email will be sent to the new email address. Click on the link included in the email to verify and add this email to your account.
Please ensure you let your practitioner’s clinic know if you are changing your email to keep their records up-to-date.
