Step 1 - From the bottom navigation bar, select 'Menu', then click 'FAQ'.

Step 1 - From the left navigation bar, select 'More', then click 'Contact Us'.
Step 2 - Select 'Click here to get help'.

Option 1: READ helpful, self-guided articles and watch videos:
You will be directed to our Zendesk support pages. Of special interest would be the sections:
- Patient User Support
- General & Technical Info
Use the 'Search' feature to quickly see articles dealing with specific issues or questions.
Option 2 - CHAT with one of our live agents. Click the 'Chat' button on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Enter your name
- Type a message into the message bar describing your issue/question
- Click 'Send'.
Wait for one of our live agents to connect with you and reply via chat.
Option 3 - EMAIL one of our live agents:
Click the 'Submit a Request' on the top-right corner of the screen.
Fill out the online form and tap 'Submit'.
Wait for one of our live agents to connect with you via email.
