Once your video meeting or consultation is complete, your or your Healthcare Provider can end the video call. The following steps are how you, as a patient, would do this:
At the bottom left-hand side of your device's screen, tap the red button titled "End Video".
Next, a screen will appear, asking if you are sure that you want to leave the call. If you do, then tap "Yes". You will be automatically returned to your main consultation screen where you may continue speaking with your Healthcare Provider by typing in your messages.
NOTE: As long as your Healthcare Provider or one of the Care Team Members from their clinic remain in the video call, the video is still active, and you can return to it, if necessary, by tapping on the red banner titled "Video Chat in Progress" at the top the chat screen.
